  • Documents you choose to upload to your project workspace.
  • Basic usage information to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

  • generate and update your roadmap;
  • provide support and respond to enquiries;
  • improve the service and our council coverage; and
  • meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate Navilot (for example, hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Documents you upload

Documents you upload to a project are stored privately. Access is restricted to you and any people you explicitly share a project with. Signed links to preview documents are short-lived.

Retention

We keep your project information for as long as your account is active. You may delete a project or your account at any time.

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@navilot.net.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first. If the matter cannot be resolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
