Navilot is a product of Aero Digital Pty Ltd ("Aero Digital", "we", "us"). It is a preparation and roadmap tool for Australian homeowners planning renovations, granny flats and property improvements.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and update it if it changes.

Fees
The Free Project Check is available at no charge. The Detailed Roadmap is a one-time payment per project as shown on our Pricing page, and includes 12 months of updates. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us if you believe the service was not as described.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Navilot for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service;
- upload content you do not have the right to share; or
- impersonate another person or entity.
Intellectual property
Navilot, its branding and its content are owned by Aero Digital. You retain ownership of information you provide.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to Navilot or its users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
